Directions for Use
Island
Perfume Oils designer inspired perfume oils and natural botanical
fragrance oils and blends:
Directions For Use: Apply
our designer perfume oilsto your body as
you would apply a perfume or cologne, but use less, because they
are much more concentrated.
Due to the concentrated nature of these oils, they are not recommended for pregnant women, women who are nursing (lactating), or children less than 7 years old.
For external use only, keep away from eyes. As with any cosmetic product people with sensitive skin should discontinue use if irritation or rash occurs.
Apply perfume oils wherever
you want to smell good.
Pulse points near the neck, back of ears,
wrists, inner elbows, back of knees, crease of legs, between the breasts, etc. are good
spots for starters.
SECRET TIP: Sometimes a
fragrance will last longer when applied directly to your clothing,
although care must be taken as to where you apply it on your
clothing, as an "oil stain" can result, especially
for the darker oils on light colored fabrics.
You may try this at your own
risk, but we recommend you apply in an inconspicuous spot, where
any oil stain that may result will not be noticed.
Other Uses: You may also use
these fragrance oils on a small piece of fabric to scent the clothing
in a drawer or to freshen a closet. You can also apply them
to the underside of a silk flower and place in an office, bathroom,
or car.
Proper Storage of
pure perfume oils : Fine perfume oils
such as these are best stored in a cool place
(<75 degrees), away from direct light, and with the cap properly
closed. In extremely hot climates withithout air conditioning you may even consider keeping them in the refrigerator. (Heat, oxygen, and sunlight will shorten the lifespan
of ANY oil on the planet, even cooking oil.)
Store away from the reach of infants and
children.
