"Judging The Quality of Designer Perfume Oils"

There are only 2 ways that a consumer (not a laboratory) can judge the quality of perfume body oil:

1)  By putting exactly the same amount of both oils on your skin and comparing the ACCURACY of the fragrance to that of the original designer perfume, right now, and then every hour for 4 hours so you can differentiate between the top notes, middle notes, and bottom notes.

2)   By also comparing HOW LONG each fragrance (using same amount of each) will last on your skin.  We are talking about a period of at least 4 hours, not 1 or 2 hours.  This is called the Duration.

3) Do not listen to any sales propaganda ($$$).  Only listen to your nose - while watching the clock.

Here are some examples of the consumer misinformation we have encountered:

1)"Finest Quality" & "Best Quality"  Wow! Everyone selling perfume oils has the "best quality".  We have bought many samples from almost every company we could find on the internet (we have boxloads!) and were seriously disappointed with the quality from all of them!  Please do not confuse us with these companies.  Our oils are about 4x better in Quality and Duration we estimate.

2) Thickness of the oils.   They will tell you that if a perfume body oil is thicker, then it's quality must be superior. Thickness of an oil does not indicate its quality at all.

3) Bubbles when you shake the bottle.  They will tell you that the presence of slow moving bubbles in the perfume oils indicates a superior quality.  Ridiculous.

4) Price.  People will tell you that if someone sells a perfume body oil for less money, then the quality MUST be lower than more expensive oils.

Conversely, they will say that if a perfume oil is more expensive, then the quality MUST be higher.  Retail Price is not a True indicator of quality, but can often be a General indicator.   Only fragrance characteristics and duration are True indicators of quality.  Prices can be easily manipulated to create illusions of perceived quality, as is commonly done in many many industries, such as cars.
